Two rules, and both are short. The opening two weeks are a free decision. Every month after that closes cleanly on request, and whatever was already bought runs out its term.
Clause 01The first two weeks
Tell us inside fourteen days of the first charge that this was not the service you needed, and the whole of that first charge comes back. Nothing to fill in, nobody calling to talk you round, and no obligation to have deployed a single agent. What you bought was a posture. If you have gone off it, paying while you decide is not the arrangement.
Clause 02Month two onward
Halt whenever you want. Halting ends the renewal. Whatever month is already paid stays yours, and the controls run on until it expires instead of dropping the second you click. Part months do not prorate, with two exceptions honored without any discussion:
- Wherever a statute gives you the right to money back.
- Wherever the charge came from a mistake of ours: a quantity that was wrong, an invoice issued twice, a line halted that renewed anyway. That comes back whole.
Clause 03The effect on your controls
A refund closes whatever it paid for. Agents fall silent, enforcement lifts, and on backup lines the stored material goes on the holding vendor's deprovisioning schedule. If a vault still has something in it that you want, take that out first. Ask us and we keep the line open long enough.
Closing a subscription does not reach backward and undo whatever a control already stopped, and it opens no claim against us for events occurring after coverage lapses.
Clause 04Making the request
Mail support@cryptoshieldnetworks.com from the account address and include a receipt or an invoice number. Funds return to the card that paid, normally arriving in five to ten working days, bank depending. Refunds do not go out in cryptocurrency, to a substitute card, or to a third party. Anybody offering to arrange that is not us.
