Everything Fortify 24x7 knows about you because you use CryptoShield Networks is listed below. It is meant to be read once, start to finish, without a lawyer in the room.

Clause 01Categories we hold

AccountEnough to stand the controls up and to get hold of a human when something breaks: a name, an email address, an organization.
BillingSubscription records and receipts. The card itself is Stripe's business; all we see is the last four digits and a pass or a fail.
Estate metadataWhich hosts, mailboxes, handsets, servers, and tenants are in scope, plus agent health, policy state, and the detections raised against them.
Security telemetryProcess, file, network, mail, and identity events emitted by the agents and connectors you deployed. This is what detection is made of. It is kept so an investigation stays possible later, not so anybody can be profiled.
Backup contentOn backup lines, the protected material itself, encrypted at rest with 256 bit keys and protected while it moves. Your property in our keeping, not our dataset.
Site logsWeb server records of the ordinary kind: an address, a timestamp, a page.
Never heldPrivate keys, seed phrases, recovery sheets, wallet files, exchange credentials. We do not ask, we have nowhere to put them, and a message requesting any of these did not come from us.

Clause 02Purposes

Stand up the controls, operate them, bill them, support them. Detect and investigate security events, and raise the ones needing a decision from you. Meet tax and legal duties. That is the whole list.

No personal information is sold. Telemetry and backup content are never mined, resold, sampled, or handed to model training. Detection engineering happens inside our platform vendors under their own contractual limits, never in any form that identifies your organization to a third party.

Clause 03Processors

Only what running your lines requires: Stripe for card processing, the security platform vendors behind each layer, cloud storage vendors for backup vaults, and a plus a delivery provider handling receipts, alerts, and the sign-in links. All of them act on instruction from us and never for their own ends.

If a court order or a subpoena arrives, we hand over what the law genuinely requires and nothing beyond it. Where we are allowed to tell you, we tell you.

Clause 04Retention

Telemetry lives for the window published against its line. That window is what makes an investigation possible after the fact. Backup content follows the retention published for its own line, whether that is an uncapped directory history, seven years of mail, or 28 days of file versions. When a subscription ends, removal follows the deprovisioning schedule of the vendor holding it. Billing and account records outlive all of that, held for the span tax and accounting rules dictate.

Clause 05Your rights

California, and a lengthening list of other places, puts rights of inspection, correction, export, and deletion on the statute books. Send the request from the address on file and we honor whatever applies. Deleting an account runs one way only, as does deleting the security history and the vaults inside it. We confirm in writing before anything goes.
